Potential Bug: No Rainbow Pets after 2,700+ Hatches
Dear Magic Garden Support Team,
I am writing to report a possible issue regarding the hatch rates in my account.
As shown in my attached statistics, I have hatched 2,723 eggs so far. Despite having three active pets with Pet Mutation Boost II (including a Squirrel with 70 STR providing a 7% boost), I have not received a single Rainbow mutation yet.
I have noticed other players with only 900 hatches who already own three Rainbow pets. Given that the base rate is 0.1%, hatching over 2,700 eggs without a success seems statistically highly improbable.
Could you please verify if my account's luck or hatch rates are functioning correctly? Also, does the game have a "pity system" for players who reach a high number of hatches without a Rainbow result?
I love the game and have invested a lot of time and billions of coins into it. I look forward to your clarification.
