I potted a grape plant after harvesting the grape (to put in these amazing new trophes), however after I potted it it appeared to still be on my field, I couldn't interact with it at all. Hasn't happened with any other plants, so I dont know if its because its a grape plant or wether something else triggered it. Fixed by leaving and rejoining the game.
