pick up button on a tile with no item

see attached screenshot. I am standing on a tile with no plant/decor/pet and it shows the button [space] and also the button to pick something up. Not bothering me, just wanted to let you know

no, it's been empty for a little while, i had some eggs down earlier and i was also deleting some tree seeds, but i figure it's been clear for at least an hour maybe two

I've just made this recording, it's appearing on another tile as well. Hopefully that helps!
