#(Minor bug) Game launches at 100% Render Scale even though 50% is selected

Hey guys, when launching the game on web through magicgarden.gg, starweaver.org, etc. the settings in the Performance section carry over but they don't seem to activate. The game will launch at 100% rendering even though the 50% is activated. In order to fix, you need to select 100 or 75, then select 50 again to get the proper rendering. EDIT: This is on PC on Edge and Chrome.

NOTE: This is a minor bug, so just whenever you can get to it. πŸ™‚

the settings are basically tied to a specific browser's storage for a specific domain

so starweaver.org is storing a separate copy of your settings data than magicgarden.gg. this is also why you need to sign-in to both places separately - just how browsers work for security purposes

also, because the performance settings you might want probably differ based on the display/computer you're using, i dont think it would make sense to sync them to your account (even music settings, like across mobile vs laptop)

Yeah, that's 100% fair. Performance would be different on mobile

And it's both discord on pc and mobile. I will launch it multiple times a day on just mobile or just pc and it happens on both devices.

Yeah I think you and I may have been the only few to notice coz we're trying to run the game as efficiently as possible. My setup overheats to the point of shutting down when i run the game on default settings for too long sigh

@peak wolf @spice viper fix is deployed, version 669ccaa has it. given the relatively minor impact, i'm not going to force everyone onto the latest version, so it'll only be in new rooms until 24h
