i can harvest regular frozen crops, but for some reason not rainbow ones. not sure why

check this setting in MGTools and see if Rainbow is locked

Tick the allow to harvest when frozen to be able to harvest your protected crops when frozen.
Also, every time you refresh the page, this option is not ticked anymore. So you need to tick it again.
