I can't use joystick function

I have some issues with the game & remote desktop ( I'm using the google version one)

So like when I use google remote desktop, I can't move around like using joystick on screen, but I can click everything (seed shop/garden/sell etc. etc.)

At the beginning I thought its like could be remote desktop issue, but I recently try it for my husband, and he can move around. I check if its the latest update and everything is fine. we both have the same phone device as well....

I'm not sure what's causing the problem, I need some helpppp 😢

Hi! Sorry about this - is this still happening? Do you have touch enabled on your remote desktop?

Also, have you tried playing without using remote desktop (e.g., directly on discord or web?)

i tried using the remote desktop on youtube/discord and it works fine. just unable to move around on the map for magic garden.

but i can move with WASD

Yes, I play on discord/web/app without the remote desktop

on phone, without the remote desktop, all joystick function works fine. just not on pc when use remote desktop.

We might not fully support touch screen on a desktop device - will look into it

because it works fine for my husband's magic garden on desktop, using joys stick thru remote desktop. Thanks for helping me 😄
