#Present a novel algorithm from subject in Theoretical

Why don't you ask whoever gave you this project? I see two ways to understand this:
- Present a "novel" algorithm someone else developed recently. This requires you to find some recent, interesting paper, give it a thorough read, and present a novel algorithm from it.
- Come up with your own "novel" algorithm. This may be harder, but note that you seem to be pretty free - the algorithm can be whatever you like! So if you solve an oddly specific problem in an oddly specific way (say, doing some highly platform-specific optimizations), that's still technically a "novel" algorithm.
