Clearly the bot does not have permission to change nicknames for the target member.

Which means that either your bot doesn't have "manage_nicknames" permission. (it wasn't selected when generating the invite URL)

I don't remember exactly off the top of my head, but also don't think bots can change the nickname of admins, unless the bot itself is an admin, or owners
