a thing I've noticed with weather fights (in general; this is even more of a thing with the former champions than Victorie) is that if you're planning appropriately, active setting just never works? Like you should always have a way to either force a switch or just OHKO or flinch into 2HKO or whatever if you're planning. The ones that are scary are the passive setters you can't do anything about; Samorn is the most obvious example of this
