If you crash do the *crash command in Discord and follow the instructions.

also another problem is whenever i try to load into another lobby/island my game just says something like 'connection was forcibley closed by whatever'

I think the crash on launch is a known bug in v1.3.0-pre releases that happens to some people

try using v1.2.6 from #Releases

oh you sent logs, I can just check

again, I'm not sure if this fixes it, but try getting Patcher and try enabling/disabling this
