windows symbol + r > .minecraft folder > scroll till you find SkyClient > remove it out of the minecraft folder.
check the SkyClient mod folder though (double click on SkyClient folder) , if there are any mods in it, move them to the original mods folder

Once you have removed it, you can move it to the trash can, if you want to

What Shuuyu said is still true though, Skytils does not install SkyClient with it
