Known Issue,
Downgrade to v1.2.5 or v1.2.6
Either choose to stay on lower versions or upgrade back to v1.3.0-pre3 after saving config.

by pressing esc after setting your locations

i do press esc after setting locations right, but then when i close the game it still gets rid of the locations
