Its a computer problem, not a mod problem, i have the same issue with NEU

#

If i can get the computer to think that the settings i want are the default settings i wont have this problem, via editing the config file proper

But i dont know how to, which is my issue

just go to .minecraft/config/skytils there is a file config.toml

#

(close your mc before)

then edit the file, save it, start mc
