Possible Solutions:

• You are trying to load a mod for the wrong Minecraft version. Please remove or disable any mods that aren't for the version you're trying to launch

Recommendations:

• Most of the time you don't need more than 2GB RAM allocated (maybe 3-4GB if you use skyblock mods). You may be able to reduce the amount of RAM allocated from 5G to 2G or 3G
