Win key + R and then type %appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports
mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux

Unless you know what you're doing, modifying your JVM args could have unintended side effects. It's best to use the defaults.
Update Patcher from 1.8.1 to 1.8.2
Update Skytils from 1.3.0-pre1 to 1.3.0-pre3
