Downgrade to 1.2.5 and then upgrade and I think it should fix it

go into your .minecraft folder, and then go into "config" and copy the "skytils" folder to another location

Known Issue,
Downgrade to v1.2.5 or v1.2.6
Either choose to stay on lower versions or upgrade back to v1.3.0-pre3 after saving locations.
