go into your .minecraft folder, and then go into "config" and copy the "skytils" folder to another location

Known Issue, downgrade to 1.2.5, 1.2.6 or 1.3.0-pre1

Backup config is used Incase your whole config is wiped, but that kinda doesn't apply here
