copied backup into config/skytils/tracker and reload game, it always get wiped no matter what

hmm I think it's also part of 1.3.0-2/3 being bugged and not saving configs

copied old backup to that directory both when game is running and when close, no matter what it's always wiped

I think downgrading to 1.2.5, 1.2.6 or 1.3.0-pre1 works
