have u tried "Contains" instead of "Startswith"? and make sure to change "Normal" to "Hidden" or "Seperate Gui". "Normal" means it stays the same

formatted just means it contains colour codes of minecraft. §c at the start of the msg stands for the red colour u see the msg in
example: §r§c :skull_crossbones: §r§7§r§aJuJuSIMP§r§7 was killed by §r§8§lBladesoul§r§7§r§7.§r
after a code of §+<letter or number> all text that follows after that code in the line is formatted in what ever the code specifies
§r resets the format to default.
in the example there are two codes at once §r§c at the beginning. so first theres §r, which means the format is set to default. then theres §c, which is the code for the colour red.
so every text that stands behind §r§c is formatted to the default format except the colour. the colour is this set to red.
:skull_crossbones: is the skull emoji. bc it stands behind §r§c, its red.
then theres a bit more code: §r§7§r§a
first its reset to default again with §r. then theres §7 which is the code for light gray. so if there was text in between like this: §r§7abc§r§a, "abc" would be grey. instead the colour is reset straight again and then §a follows. §a is the code for that lime VIP nametag colour. as u can see in the example the text/name is in fact in that lime colour.
then its reset again and theres §7 which is the code for that light grey colour what u already know if u've read this carefully until here.
then "Bladesoul" is formatted with §r§8§l. §8 is dark gray and if ure smart u can already guess that §l is the code for bold.
then theres §r§7§r§7 so the small dot at the end is light grey and not bold. this is unnecessarily twice. idk why, im not a hypixel admin.
at the end theres §r again. which is kinda unnecessary too. i guess they did it this way to avoid bugs.
