like if i move a location of a module itll stay there until i restart my game then it goes back to the default(?) position

yes, this is a known issue with 1.3.0 pre-releases. versions 1.2.6 and lower aren't affected, so gui locations can be edited with those

it will be fixed in the next pre-release
