Recommendations:

• Unless you know what you're doing, modifying your JVM args could have unintended side effects. It's best to use the defaults.
• Most of the time you don't need more than 2GB RAM allocated (maybe 3-4GB if you use skyblock mods). You may be able to reduce the amount of RAM allocated from 5G to 2G or 3G
• Hytilities is no longer supported and may break at any time due to changes made by Hypixel, use at your own risk
• Use the official BlurMC instead of Refraction's port, https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/blur/files/2665186
• Update ResourcePackManager, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQZFWrrEcYM.

Known issue, should be fixed next release. You should probably downgrade to 1.2.5 or 1.3.0-pre1
