Guess I should elaborate:

Starting yesterday, I made a few waypoints for ruby veins under "Edit waypoints". After a few hours of mining I closed minecraft etc. and wanted to continue mining with the use of these waypoints today, but noticed, that the waypoints aren't there anymore, as well as the waypoint category I set up

I'm using Skytils 1.3.0 - pre3

hmm, I haven't had any issues with waypoints resetting. have you selected the right island using the dropdown in the top right?
