Skytils has a built in updater to update itself when a new release is done you can change this to pre-releases in the settings too

You have an extremely outdated Skyblock Personalized version, you can find the updated version in their discord server.

Recommendations:

DungeonSecrets has been integrated into Skyblock personalized the old mod is outdated and broken now.
The version of NEU you have is outdated, download the latest version from https://github.com/Moulberry/NotEnoughUpdates/releases/latest.
Update Skytils from 0.2.2 to 1.3.0-pre3
