Possible Solutions:

• Go to .minecraft/config and delete skyblockaddons_persistent.cfg

Recommendations:

• Update BlockOverlay https://hypixel.net/threads/forge-1-8-9-block-overlay-v4-0-3.1417995/, the version you have is extremely outdated (v2).
