@full coyote uploaded a log, actually i crashed 2 times when entering skyblock (dwarven mines) since i removed the mod, heres crash report if you know anything about it :

Forge 11.15.1.2318 on 1.8.9
OptiFine M5

Recommendations:

Update Patcher from 1.8.0 to 1.8.1
