There's a good few reasons Skytils was removed from feather
1 - It was added without our permission. You can't take a ice cream and then ask if you were allowed after eating it.
2 - They are pay walling feather and effectively turning Skytils into the very thing it was created to replace (a paid extra skyblock mod ). In addition to this, they're also indirectly profiting from our users through their cosmetics which we receive no financial compensation for.
3 - It's obfuscated and also filled with bad code. This makes it hard to support it and/or debug issues between the two. We don't have enough resources to actually support this. But by having Skytils on feather's mod store we indirectly say that we want to support it, while we don't.

What is Essential?
Essential is a non-intrusive, quality of life mod that aims to improve your Minecraft playing and social experience.
Can I get rid of Essential?
No, you can't. This is due to the fact that all of the mods depend on it. It has little to no performance impact too so no need to worry about it causing performance issues. And any feature you don't want, except cosmetics, can be disabled.
What happened to ModCore?
Essential is the replacement for ModCore.
I bought cosmetics on ModCore. What happens to those?
Your ModCore cosmetics are migrated to Essential with new and improved designs. Those that were all-out removed can be requested to be refunded in the support server under a purchase ticket.
