While im playing sb (mostly dungeons) it seems like i cannot interact with server

like its like its offline

but no issues with my internet

heres actually list of what i did

This most commonly happens inside dungeons but it happens anywhere.
It happens with or without mods.
It happens on any version on Minecraft.
I deleted and reinstalled Minecraft and Java.
I updated all of my drivers as much as I can.
I allowed Java security thing on settings.
I allowed all Firewall stuff. (Did turn off Firewall aswell)
It happened with/without using a texture pack.
Im using lowest settings possible.
I played Minecraft while nothing else was open on PC except stuff I cannot close.
I flushed DNS.
I reset my winsock catalog.
I ran a MTR test. (It shows as there are no issues.)
I made sure my Internet doesn't have any problems with other apps (such as Discord) while this happens.
It doesn't seem to happen on servers outside Hypixel.
This issue didn't exist before and it did not start by me changing a setting.
I also reset every connection thing possible.
I of course restarted the router.
I connected Hypixel with stuck.hypixel.net.
I wrote registry entry where a video says it fixes java.io thing.
I also changed Proxy Ip stuff I geniuenly don't really know, did follow the videos I found online though.
