There's a good few reasons Skytils was removed from feather
1 - It was added without our permission. You can't take a ice cream and then ask if you were allowed after eating it.
2 - They are pay walling feather and effectively turning Skytils into the very thing it was created to replace (a paid extra skyblock mod ). In addition to this, they're also indirectly profiting from our users through their cosmetics which we receive no financial compensation for.
3 - It's obfuscated and also filled with bad code. This makes it hard to support it and/or debug issues between the two. We don't have enough resources to actually support this. But by having Skytils on feather's mod store we indirectly say that we want to support it, while we don't.

Fast Render: OFF (for mods that need it off)
Fast Math: OFF (since this breaks things more than it helps)

Its a desktop, and its got a 3080ti, i7 9700k 16 gb of ram

Changed all of the settings listed and it definitely seemed to help a little, thank you. Still hoping to squeeze a little more performance out, I have 3gb of ram allocated
