mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft

Recommendations:

Update ChatTriggers https://chattriggers.com/, the version you have is outdated (1.3.0).
Its recommended to use Patcher instead of fullbright mod/resourcepack as it's fullbright feature optimizes the lighting engine instead of only increasing brightness, https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher.
The version of NEU you have is outdated, download the latest version from https://github.com/Moulberry/NotEnoughUpdates/releases/latest.
Update Patcher from 1.5.1 to 1.8.1
Update Text Overflow Scroll from 1.2.0 to 1.4.0
