Well doesn't have to do with he problem but some of your mods aren't on the latest release

• Optifine
  Not needed:

  You can use Patcher for Compact Chat

I would try moving these mods out of the folder and trying again:

- SBItemRename
- Auto Sprint
- Compact Chat
- ModCore_Container
- Skyhouse
- Vanilla+ Enhancements

k i did big brain

apparently i had a 1.8.9 folder with better fps in it so i just removed it and now it works

oh nvm it crashed now

• Launch failed because a duplicate installation of SkyblockAddons was found. Please remove it and restart Minecraft!
• Update OptiFine from L5 to M5

Just check that the mods folder is the same folder that you’re launching with

This should open a window where you can move and resize the skytils hud

And should make you able to move stuff(that is from skytils)

For sba you write /sba and in the bottom middle should be a edit locations button
