are you experiencing high fps drops every Dungeon or only sometimes?

Use VBOS: ON
Smart Animations: ON
Render Regions: ON
Smooth FPS: OFF
Smooth World: OFF
Fast Render: OFF (for mods that need it off)
Fast Math: OFF (since this breaks things more than it helps)
/patcher > Search HUDCaching > enable it

If you are like 100% sure it's caused by a mod you could move half of your mods out of the mods folder and check if you still experience fps issues

#

And if the issue went away the issue is caused by one of the moved away mods

#

Otherwise you do the same with the other half

#

And if that also didn't fix the fps issue, ig it's some non mod related issue

So go to the section where you can see all installed versions

#

go to the forge one you use

#

On the right side should be some 3 dots or smth

#

press it and press edit

#

Then should open this and press show more options or how it is called
