Win key + R and then type %appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports
mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux

Possible Solutions:

You may be attempting to use an OptiFine version for a later version of Minecraft. Ensure you only have the correct version in your mods folder.
