  • Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM, version 1.8.0_51
  • Forge 11.15.1.2318 on 1.8.9
  • OptiFine I7

Possible Solutions:

  • Update OptiFine from I7 to M5

Recommendations:

  • Most of the time you don't need more than 2GB RAM allocated (maybe 3-4GB if you use skyblock mods). You may be able to reduce the amount of RAM allocated from 6G to 2G or 3G
  • You can remove AutoWho as it's now useless due to hypixel changing /who to not show ratings.
  • Update BlockOverlay https://hypixel.net/threads/forge-1-8-9-block-overlay-v4-0-3.1417995/, the version you have is extremely outdated (v2).
  • Update ChatTriggers https://chattriggers.com/, the version you have is extremely outdated (1.2.2).
  • The old animations mod that you're using is known for causing incompatibilities and being inaccurate, instead we suggest using sk1er's beta old animations mod, https://sk1er.club/beta.
  • If playing on 1.8.9, PlayerAPI is unneeded since developers can use AccessTransformers instead, unless you have the outdated ToggleSneak then pretty much no other mods use this useless api.
  • Update QuickPlay, https://bugg.co/quickplay/update/1.8.9-latest/, the version you have is outdated (2.0.3).
  • Update ResourcePackManager, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQZFWrrEcYM.
  • We recommend removing Skypixel as its extremely outdated and barely works anymore.
  • Update TimeChanger, https://hypixel.net/threads/forge-1-8-9-timechanger-2-2-1-an-improved-timechanger-mod.3574261/ , the version you have is extremely outdated (1.0).
  • Update ToggleChat, https://no.boomy.wtf/?mod=togglechat&name=ToggleChat&version=3.1.1, the version you're using is outdated (2.1.0).
  • LabyMod causes many issues with other mods. Try removing it and check if any issue you have is fixed.
  • You should remove the ModCore container. It was only used to give players ModCore before it was integrated into mods and does nothing.
  • Update Nick Hider from 5.3.1 to 6.0.0
  • Update Autogg from 3.4.0 to 4.1.3
  • Update Refractionoof from 2.0.2 to 3.0
  • Update Patcher from 1.2.0 to 1.8.0
  • Update Text Overflow Scroll from 1.2 to 1.4
  • Update Hypixel Auto Complete from 1.0.0 to 1.1.0
