Recommendations:

Skyblockcatia is known to cause some issues. Try removing it and seeing if any issue(s) are resolved. If this fixes it, please take it up with the developers of the mod.
Update Patcher from 1.6.1 to 1.8.0
Update Skytils from 1.2-pre1 to 1.2-pre2
