Possible Solutions:

  • Update Forge from 11.15.1.1764 to 11.15.1.2318

Recommendations:

  • Most of the time you don't need more than 2GB RAM allocated (maybe 3-4GB if you use skyblock mods). You may be able to reduce the amount of RAM allocated from 8G to 2G or 3G
  • DungeonSecrets has been integrated into Skyblock personalized the old mod is outdated and broken now.
  • The version of NEU you have is outdated, download the latest version from https://github.com/Moulberry/NotEnoughUpdates/releases/latest.
  • Vanilla Enhancements causes many issues with other mods as well as being abandoned, you can use https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher instead as it has most of Vanilla Enhancements' important features but with compatibility (except the bannable ones).

Possible Solutions:

  • You are not using an official version of Forge! This version is usually installed by cracked launchers such as TLauncher and causes issues with mods. Grab the official version from https://files.minecraftforge.net/
  • OptiFine issue, seems your pack has broken connected textures. Either use a different pack or disable connected textures. (esc > options > video settings > quality and set connected textures to off)
  • Update Forge from 11.15.1.1764 to 11.15.1.2318
