u can use neu and sba (for nice features besides dungeons);
dungeon rooms (if you have issues trying to find secrets);
optifine and patcher are good ones just so your game has better performance;
togglesneak (i recommend pown's) is pretty neat as you can have autosprint (more of a qol mod).
