OptiFine issue, seems your pack has broken connected textures. Either use a different pack or disable connected textures. (esc > options > video settings > quality and set connected textures to off)
Update Optifine to one of the latest versions, M6 if on macOS, M5 if not

it says an optifine issue and in my versions on the luancher it says i have two forge installations so im goiung to try the other
