It draws the specified shape behind the weapon depending on the rarity.

For example, if you pick square, I’m pretty sure it just highlights the entire box, but it may be something else that I do not know.

Pretty sure custom depends on the texture pack. It will just draw a shape of the item rarity’s color, depending on the texture pack.

Item outline outlines the weapon or the slot, but you’ll have to test it and see, because I’m in a bed and am going to sleep soon lol
