mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux

Possible Solutions:

You are trying to load a mod for the wrong Minecraft version. Please remove or disable any mods that aren't for the version you're trying to launch
Update Optifine to one of the latest versions, M6 if on macOS, M5 if not
Update Forge to the latest version. (2318)

Recommendations:

Its recommended to use Patcher instead of NoCloseMyChat, https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher.
Skyblockcatia is known to cause some issues. Try removing it and seeing if any issue(s) are resolved. If this fixes it, please take it up with the developers of the mod.
LabyMod causes many issues with other mods. Try removing it and check if any issue you have is fixed.
