Possible Solutions:

Recommendations:

The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE28.3), download the latest version (PRE30.2) from their discord server.
The version of Patcher you're using is outdated (1.5.1), make sure to update it at https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher
If playing on 1.8.9, PlayerAPI is unneeded since developers can use AccessTransformers instead, unless you have the outdated ToggleSneak then pretty much no other mods use this useless api.
Update ScrollableTooltips, https://sk1er.club/mods/text_overflow_scroll, the version you have is outdated (1.3).
Skyblockcatia is known to cause some issues. Try removing it and seeing if any issue(s) are resolved. If this fixes it, please take it up with the developers of the mod.
