Possible Solutions:

• Update Optifine to one of the latest versions, M6 if on macOS, M5 if not

Recommendations:

• The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE26), download the latest version (PRE30.2) from their discord server.
• The old animations mod that you're using is known for causing incompatibilities with mods such as OptiFine as well as being abandoned and inaccurate, instead we suggest using sk1er's beta old animations mod, https://sk1er.club/beta.
• The version of Patcher you're using is outdated (1.5.1), make sure to update it at https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher
• Update PerspectiveMod at https://inv.wtf/djperspective.
• Update skytils, https://github.com/Skytils/SkytilsMod/releases/, the version you have is outdated (0.3.1)
• You should remove the ModCore container. It was only used to give players ModCore before it was integrated into mods and does nothing.
• Update ScrollableTooltips, https://sk1er.club/mods/text_overflow_scroll.
• Update AutoGG, https://sk1er.club/mods/autogg.
