Win key + R and then type %appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports
mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux

Possible Solutions:

Known issue with Levelhead & Microsoft accounts, you'll need to enable multiplayer in your Xbox settings. If you have multiplayer enabled and are using a third party launcher like MultiMC, you may need to use the official launcher.

Recommendations:

Update OofMod https://sk1er.club/mods/refractionoof, the version you have is outdated (2.0.2).
