Possible Solutions:

• Update to the latest version of Patcher. https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher
• Update Optifine to one of the latest versions, M6 if on macOS, M5 if not

Recommendations:

• The version of NEU you have is extremely outdated, download the latest version from their discord server.
