Windows: Hit Windows Key + R and type in %appdata%. Open the .minecraft folder.
Mac: On the bar at the top of your screen in Finder, click Go, then click Go to Folder and type ~/Library/Application Support/Minecraft, then hit enter.
Linux: .minecraft is located in your home folder. ~/.minecraft

Open your Minecraft folder and send the file called latest or latest.log from .minecraft/logs.

Possible Solutions:

Update Optifine to one of the latest versions, M6 if on macOS, M5 if not

Recommendations:

Update AutoGG https://sk1er.club/mods/autogg, the version you have is extremely outdated (3.0).
Update ChatTriggers https://chattriggers.com/, the version you have is extremely outdated (1.2.2).
The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE26), download the latest version (PRE30.2) from their discord server.
We recommend removing Skypixel as its extremely outdated and barely works anymore.
LabyMod causes many issues with other mods. Try removing it and check if any issue you have is fixed.

Don't use refraction mod folder and then you won't have problems
