Possible Solutions:

• Update to the latest version of Patcher. https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher
• Update Optifine to one of the latest versions, M6 if on macOS, M5 if not

Recommendations:

• Most of the time you don't need more than 2GB RAM allocated (maybe 3-4GB if you use skyblock mods). You may be able to reduce the amount of RAM allocated from 6G to 2G or 3G
• MemoryFix can cause issues with the memory as well as the original feature being fixed on OptiFine's end, the mod has issues regarding spamming the log and up-scaling pack icons in some cases, instead Patcher takes continuation of its features and improves upon them, https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher.
• The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE26), download the latest version (PRE30.2) from their discord server.
• The version of Patcher you're using is outdated (1.5.1), make sure to update it at https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher
• Update ScrollableTooltips, https://sk1er.club/mods/text_overflow_scroll, the version you have is outdated (1.3).
