Possible Solutions:

• Update to the latest version of Patcher. https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher

Recommendations:

• The version of Patcher you're using is outdated (1.5.1), make sure to update it at https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher
• Update ScrollableTooltips, https://sk1er.club/mods/text_overflow_scroll, the version you have is outdated (1.2).
• Skyblockcatia is known to cause some issues. Try removing it and seeing if any issue(s) are resolved. If this fixes it, please take it up with the developers of the mod.
