Possible Solutions:

Recommendations:

The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE26), download the latest version (PRE30.2) from their discord server.
The version of Patcher you're using is outdated (1.5.1), make sure to update it at https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher
PlayerAPI is unneeded since developers can use AccessTransformers instead, unless you have the outdated ToggleSneak then pretty much no other mods use this useless api.
Update Sk1er's OAM, https://discord.gg/d4KFR9H as the version you have is outdated (Beta 7).
You should remove the ModCore container. It was only used to give players ModCore before it was integrated into mods and does nothing.
