i updated and then it didnt work i deleted some mods i dont use much and its still crashing

and i changed to 0.4 i think it was or something and it still didnt work i updated it again not working

Win key + R and then type %appdata%\.minecraft\crash-reports
mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
Linux: You should know this if your using linux
