MemoryFix can cause issues with the memory as well as the original feature being fixed on OptiFine's end, the mod has issues regarding spamming the log and up-scaling pack icons in some cases, instead Patcher takes continuation of its features and improves upon them, https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher.
The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE26), download the latest version (PRE30.2) from their discord server.
The version of Patcher you're using is outdated (1.5.1), make sure to update it at https://sk1er.club/mods/patcher
LabyMod causes many issues with other mods. Try removing it and check if any issue you have is fixed.
