Possible Solutions:

If using SkyblockAddons, update to the latest version
Update Skyblockcatia at https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/skyblockcatia/files/3422673

Recommendations:

Most of the time you don't need more than 2GB RAM allocated (maybe 3-4GB if you use skyblock mods). You may be able to reduce the amount of RAM allocated from 5G to 2G or 3G
Update ScrollableTooltips, https://sk1er.club/mods/text_overflow_scroll, the version you have is outdated (1.3).
Skyblockcatia is known to cause some issues. Try removing it and seeing if any issue(s) are resolved. If this fixes it, please take it up with the developers of the mod.
Update Skytils, https://github.com/Skytils/SkytilsMod/releases/, the (prerelease) version you have is outdated.
Update TimeChanger, https://hypixel.net/threads/forge-1-8-9-timechanger-2-2-1-an-improved-timechanger-mod.3574261/ , the version you have is outdated (1.8).
